Gender Equality Index: UES CCPA-Deltavit scores 78/100

The professional equality index is calculated and published each year on March 1 to reflect equal treatment between women and men. This overall score is evaluated on 100 points based on 5 criteria:

  • The gender pay gap,
  • The gender pay gap, - The gender pay gap for individual raises,
  • The distribution gap in promotions,
  • The number of female employees who receive a raise after returning from maternity leave,
  • Parity among the 10 highest paid employees.

For the year 2020, the CCPA-DELTAVIT UES obtained a result of 78. Although this result is an increase of 3 points compared to the previous year, it is still considered to be perfectible. Accelerating its progress will be one of the priorities of our Human Resources policy for the next three years.

To support this action plan, in addition to the particular attention that the Group will pay to its compensation policy, we will need to boost our internal mobility policy and increase the number of development opportunities for all employees.
