A complete range of services

The CCPA Group's network of laboratories supports companies specializing in animal nutrition and health by providing them with a wide range of specialized analyses: composition analyses (water, carbohydrates, fibre, lipids, vitamins, minerals, etc.), mycotoxin analyses, conservation analyses, anti-nutritional factor analyses, undesirable substance analyses, microbiological analyses (detection and identification of germs, antibiograms, etc.), immunology/PCR tests, autopsy, histology, parasitology, etc.

In addition, in close collaboration with the Group's R&D, species and formulation specialists, exclusive services have been developed and offered to the Group's customers.

Exclusive and differentiating services

In animal nutrition:

The Group's laboratories have thus developed, in connection with the formulation department, a specific support offer for the NIRS. The CCPA Group indeed makes available to its customers its own NIRS calibration profiles on raw materials and finished products. These equations are adapted to the main equipment on the market (Foss, Bruker...).

In animal health:

In close collaboration with the Group's R&D department, specific diagnostics have been designed:

  • the Stillbirth audit. Based on the autopsy of young animals (piglets, chicks, rabbits), this diagnosis establishes the main causes of neonatal mortality and possible actions, in order to adopt corrective measures in breeding.

As part of their work on animal nutrition and health, the CCPA Group's R&D specialists also rely on the Group's laboratory network. Laboratories and R&D have acquired expertise in the characterization of essential oils: identification of active ingredients, evaluation of their beneficial impacts on improving animal health, or in measuring the interaction/inhibition effects between active ingredients...
